What I Can Do for You
Using professional CAD software and high-performance materials like PETG, carbon-fiber-reinforced PETG, and flexible TPU, I can often deliver a solution that's faster to get, less expensive, and customized to your exact need — especially when the original part is hard to find, discontinued, or was never quite right in the first place.
Every design starts with the problem, not the printer. I'll work with you to understand what the part needs to do, what it's exposed to, and how it has to fit — then design and print something purpose-built.
A Few Examples
Chain Counter Button Replacement
A single broken button was going to sideline a perfectly good chain counter. Rather than replace the entire unit, I designed and printed a drop-in replacement button — back in service the same day.

Custom Dinghy Drain Plug with One-Way Valve
A smarter drain plug that lets water out but includes a one-way valve to all but stop water from coming in it it's not closed before the dink goes in the drink. Custom-fitted to the transom tube, printed in PETG for moisture and UV resistance. Simple problem, clean solution.

Balmar Alternator Throttle-Back System
At the more complex end: a from-scratch design using a magnet and reed switch assembly that automatically throttles a Balmar alternator to 50% output past a precisely adjustable throttle position. Fully custom enclosure, mounting, and mechanism — all designed in CAD and printed to spec.

Replacement Exhaust Vent Cover
A replacement engine exhaust vent cover that can't corrode like the original. Customized with the Boat Brand in a second printed color that matches accents on the vessel.
